President Bush delivered his State of the Union address last night, but making headlines was an episode involving Senator Hillary Clinton in which she was heard uttering an endless stream of obscenities. According to reports, one of the electronic components in her central nervous circuit board shorted out, resulting in a motor malfunction. Witnesses say she shook and vibrated uncontrollably for 22 seconds, repeating the phrase: "That asshole can suck my dick" over and over until a handler was able to repair the shorted wiring.
