Then again, wi...Overall, it's a fairly decent list. Then again, with 1001 books to choose from, I would HOPE that all the big guys and gals were covered. Still there are some glaring omissions- Shakespeare for one. Chaucer's Cantebury Tales. Homer's Iliad and Odyssey. Sun Tzu's Art of War. Just about anything by Raymond Carver. Any of Chekov's short stories. And those are just the authors off the top of my head.<BR/><BR/>Then, I went back and looked at some of the books. Turns out I'd only read 83 of them. Not good.
